Found this the other day, finally got the time to share it here, and ask if anyone thinks that Newegg might be considering a name change?
The other day I was taking an online survey about online businesses, and they showed some "made up" websites, and asked what I thought of them, and would I trust them, etc, etc, etc.
All of a sudden, I come upon this.
Look familiar??? 🙂
Of course, they may have just taken the newegg page and pasted a different name on it for the survey, and it's possible that Newegg built their site from a template that was used to make that page, but it sure seems to me that it's Newegg, under cover. 😉
So what do you think? Me personally, I think that the "Egg" would be foolish to change their name now, especially since so many people identify with it. Remember the big hullabaloo that went about when Googlegear changed their name go ZipZoomFly??
