We appreciate your efforts to report this. The post in question was spam and the poster was banned.

As to the Report Post icon issue, I don't use Firefox so I can't say. Anyone else unable to find it?

I did but I knew it wasn't going to get deleted because the last time I reported a post just like it nothing happen.

The forum member (you) reports the post, the moderator (not you) decides what (if any) action should be taken.
 
Ah, now I know what the "report post" icon looks like. I hardly ever have a need for it. And yes, it is showing in my browser. Thanks
