Possible memory errors? Please help!

Before you balk, yes I am running Vista 32-bit home premium and yes I know I only am going to see the 3.32 GB of RAM. Now that that's out of the way, here's my situation:

I got the RetailEdge bundle this year which includes an Intel DG33TL motherboard that ONLY accepts DDR2 @ JEDEC frequencies/voltages. This means 5-5-5-18 @ 1.8v only. So I purchased 4 separate 1GB sticks of this Corsair RAM and have run memtest86 over 100% on all the memory without errors. However, explorer.exe crashes all the time in Vista (explorer.exe will close, Windows reports, then it restarts) and also when I shut down or restart occasionally it will tell me there's a referenced memory error at a certain address and I have to hit OK for it to shut down fully. I've updated Vista to SP1 RC Refresh 1, disabled ALL non-Microsoft shell extensions via the newest version of ShellExView (running as administrator), etc.... but they still happen.

I'm wondering since the data sheet on that RAM says that it was tested at 1.9v, that it might be the problem. I'm seriously considering ordering this ram here or this Transcend JEDEC compliant RAM since it's JEDEC compliant at 1.8v. What do you guys think? Any other ideas before I order this tonight to try it out?
