Possible loose OGR cow(er...herd?): Who is dnetc@mail.com?

Sorry to wonder, but I noticed that dnetc@mail.com dumps nicely through Mika's OGR (didn't check RC5), but doesn't belong to TA. If this is supposed to be the case, I will apologize in advance, but if this person should belong to TA, please (PLEASE ^ 64) join!!! 😀
