I tried to order an item on Monday, and after I put it in my cart, I noticed the price was higher than what the product page said. Then, at checkout, I entered my username and password, and while the the correct shipping info appeared on the ship to side, the bill to side had some other guys name, address, phone, and credit card info!!!! Gave a quick call to their 24hour service line, and it said they were closed, then it said there hours of operation. 24 hours a day except on Sunday morning. But it was Monday, and they were closed. Fired off a polite e-mail to the president of Tiger direct, to explain this security breach, and as of today, Thursday, have heard nothing. My account still shows the screwed up info, and I was able to edit both my info and the other person's info. I changed the street, etc, on both to read "don't shop here, wrong info". Previous orders have been fine, but with crap like this, they now go on the avoid list.
