Hey all,
When I play Undying, the game starts out in 4 speakers mode (i'm using klipsch V2-400's). When I first talk to the groundskeeper in the beginning of the game, the rear speakers cut out and the game seems to go into 2 speaker mode. If I load a game after restarting the game, I get 4 speakers. After talking to someone, the rear speakers cut out again.
And Just last night I tried to run the game with headphones. All the ambient, SFX, and music are present but the vocals are not. I talk to one guy and i see his mouth moving but no words. I talk to another lady and I get sound. It may have something to do with the EAX as the guy I talk to with no voice coming out is standing in an area where I heard EAX effects before in non-headphone mode.
Is anyone else having problems with this? I'm using a Game Theater XP in Win2K. Any thoughts or solutions would help. Sorry if the post got a bit confusing. Thanks again.
