Possible broken MB, if PUIcorp won't RMA, can I work it out with ASUS somehow?

Bought an A7V back in August '00, and I think it's the faulty part of the system now, and puicorp seems to be very very bad in CS, so I'm afraid they won't help me out....it should still be within warrantee; can I talk to ASUS somehow to get it replaced?
