<< it states right on the frontpage that it does not qualify for the rebate. >>

You might wanna read the post again.

What AskMeDeal was saying is to go get it somewhere else where it qulifies for the rebate, then PM with your Blue at this place.

lol, thanks for clearing that up for me. I still haven't caught onto the abrvs. here. I have always know PM as Private Message, so I did notice the PM mention. :)

No kidding, when I first saw the message by AD moderators about higher PM limit, I immediately thought that was higher price match limit for Amex Blue (or other cc). I told myself, 'wow, that's flaming hot!'

if anyone in the DFW area is interested, I have a brand new unopened 3635 that I bought for $345. I plan on returning it since I ended up with two of them, I will sell it to anyone who is interested for the exact price that I paid for it. If interested email me at jester234@collegeclub.com you can still send in for the $150 rebate so the final cost would be $190. Please contact me ASAP and please only if you are seriously interested because I plan on returning it to the store in a few days....

Oh yeah, I hope I'm not breakin any rules by trying to help out a fellow anandtecher.

fs/ft forum would be the correct forum to place it, but since you're trying to pass on the deal to someone who might not have been able to get in on it I can't flame ya for it :)
