Possibility to cross-flash Intel 320 firmware to X25-M?

I doubt it, since the 320 uses 25nm NAND and has a different arrangement of chips.

Right. Firmware has to be tuned for the NAND.

See if you can find anyone cross flashing G1 with G2 firmware, since those use "same" controller too.

so when are folks going to reduce wear leveling to the minimum to get maximum performance for 1 year then reflash back and rma?

overclocking your flash by reducing/eliminating wear leveling?
