I have called several of the EB stores in Salt Lake City and no one has heard about the SWII AOTC trade in deal. Apparently they rely on email responses from their corporate head quarters which let's them know what deals are currently being offered. Confirmed the Spiderman deal, but it looks like the other deal is a no go. Bummer.

I called my EB today and they said they had one for Spider-Man, and it was 3 DVDs you had to trade-in to get it.

They let me trade in two DVD's for the Spiderman. No one said anything about a 3 DVD deal. You might want to try another EB store in your town. Call ahead first. Good luck.

No costume designing for him either!

Total agreement and would like to add Jar Jar sux.

A funny thing happened when I went back to the Ros Park Mall EB today. I was going to get a copy of SWII AOTC for my
brohter-in-law. I went in with my 2 used DVD's, and a different sales clerk was working today. He told me that there IS NOT a trade in deal for SWII, and there hasn't been one yet.

Well, another funny thing happened when I called, and then went back to the above mentioned EB. Today for some reason the promotion was on again. So I guess it all depends on who answers the phone or who is working, if the deal is on or not. Go figure!

I wonder what would have happened if he would have taken up Steven Speilburg on his offer of directing a star wars film :)
