I don't think the art looks as good as Kudos 1, but thats only based on the screen shots. Kudos 1 was fun enough for 10 bucks.

All Positech's games are DRM-free btw, so he's worthy of the customer's dollar.

Meh. It lacks the pop that makes the Sims the Sims - 3D and full interactive control of the world around your sim. This looks more like one of those shopping mall/find a boyfriend/gossip board games that tweenage girls would buy. Arguably the Sims is very much the same thing, but it has an additional world building component to it.

The description makes it sound similar to Alter Ego, a game from the mid-80s. Though in AE you could live your whole life, the description for that said it only did your twenties.

Kudos 1 was a fairly addictive game and I enjoyed it much more than either Sims title. True, you only play from your 20th birthday to your 30th birthday, but that just adds another layer to the game. You don't have an indefinite amount of time to accomplish your goals.
