Anyone ever use Versacheck 2002? I got the thing for free last year with my Tax software, and bought some blank checks.
The stupid thing forces you to add everyone you write a check to into your address book. Not a big deal, but after you get to 30 people in your address book it says you need to upgrade to Versacheck Pro. Not a big deal, just delete entries from your address book, but when you try to delete from your address book it says you have existing transactions from this person. Not a big deal, just delete the entries from the transaction log, except it says you need to upgrade to Versacheck Pro to delete entries from the transaction log. WTF? So basically this program is useless after you've written checks to 30 different people.
I ended up being able to get it to work by deleting all my settings and starting over, but thats such a huge pain in the ass!
Once I use up all these checks I'm going to do it the old fashioned way, by hand!
