Can an asshole driver also be charged with disorderly conduct (in addition to aggressive driving)?

My cousin was driving somewhere this morning and put on her right turn blinker at a red light. This asshole who lives 3 houses down from the light pulls up almost to the right diagonal bumper trying to make the right as well. She's now distracted by him, and more traffic goes by. He gets impatient and starts going nuts in his car honking, and quickly pulls up dangerously close to our right side almost scraping cars, I flick his ass off, and then he squeals tires making the right turn (of course only to stop at the next light 20 feet away on the main road). I should go to the police station and report this piece of fucking shit who not only scared my cousin but couldn't wait 10 seconds for her to turn right and almost caused an accident. Amazing world we live in when people in your own neighborhood act like this, and he knows we know where he lives.

On a related note, looks like it's time to get a dash cam recorder. This prick would be 100% charged if I had one, hell I should still report his ass.

Don't admit to this. In some jurisdictions, such behavior formally puts you also in the wrong. Also, it's just not a wise thing to do in most any circumstances.
 
Well, this guy didn't just honk. He was all animated going nuts in the car, even when there was clearly oncoming traffic coming. Also, I'm well within my right to gesture to this POS for acting in such a dangerous way when the blinker was clearly on. This neighborhood is going to shit. And yes, he was a minority to answer your question in advance. Even worse, he had some stupid bumper sticker for his christian church on his car. Really dude? lmao

I don't mean if they honk because I've actually been there a minute and haven't turned.

It wasn't really clear to me what happened...you were waiting to turn right on red and couldn't because of traffic and he went dumbshit in his car and honked? That's annoying but barely registers on my idiot driver scale. I'm not sure why you're still concerned over it, its just a moron who might have been having a shitty day or is just a stupid asshole. I reserve my long lasting angst for the drivers that actively tried to kill me these days.
 
Well...OK, but I'll bet your sister will be pissed if she gets a ticket because you complained about her driving...

It's always the woman's fault...she should be in the kitchen...making sammiches, NOT behind the wheel of a car. Driving is a man's job.
