found this page,

http://www.tux.org/~bball/z50/

which talks about it-

but I'm a bit lost- can I run a linux emulator to create the cd it talks about? I know
nothing about NetBSD, most of what the article talks about goes over my head

I want to take my Z50 to the wireless internet cafe, and hook into their network,
since I'm low on cash for a laptop,

is it worth it to buy a 340mb microdrive and try this?

I have a dell truemobile/orinocco rebadge, it should work right?

input really appreciated

PS- what text setting will read his email address-

main(){int j=-1;char t[]="rfnqyt?%ggfqqEyz}3twl\n";while(t[j]!='\n'){putchar(t[++j]-'\05');}return 0;}

ok, found this page as well

http://www.orcawerks.com/sgi/misc/ibmz50/index.html

can I just use a compact flash as he did instead of a microdrive with type II
adaptor? If so, this seems pretty easy- am I missing something?

I'll try and get a big type II compact flash card off Ebay and try this, it looks too good
to be true

thanks for the help
