I gotta say, I just finished this game and I highly recommend it. If not for the content, then for the very dry dialog thats very funny. And do not miss the last song.

Valve is just over the top right now. I do not think anyone can even come close to their success. Yet, i am going to go download Crysis demo right now.

I played through it without sound for the majority part. Then I discovered how funny the dialogue was and just had to play through it again.

The game was good up until the last level; the last level made the game great.

The game brought back the feeling I got when I first played King's Quest. The giddy, "what's gonna happen next!" feeling.

I want a death match!!!! Nothing new added, just find creative ways to dispatch your foes in large map with many death traps.

I just stayed up till 1:30am last night beating that game. It was so much fun... I almost choked up at the song it sings to you at the very end credits.

*****SPOILER ALERT*****

I actually had to pause the game because I was laughing so hard when GLaDOS said this:

Didn't we have some fun, though? Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit, and I said 'Goodbye', and you were like, 'No Way', and then I was all, 'We pretended we were going to murder you'. That was great.

That just killed me!

Again, I quote, "You will be baked, and then there will be cake." (Portal #17 Intro I believe)

The cake is a lie!

Just step in front of the rocket. It really is the easiest way for both of us.

Someone tell me how to grab the 4th (and I think last) ball - the one that's suspended in air by some sort of tracking beam.

Portal A way above it. Portal B at your level. Walk through Portal B which causes you to fall out of Portal A. Fall toward the ball and hit the Use key when you hit the ball. You'll grab the ball in mid air.

I dod what 'binister' did the third time through (got killed, too smart to save, not replay), but you can also try jumping on it. I accidentally did it trying the grab thing. Also, you MAY be able to put a portal right under the ball and hit it with your head; haven't thought this one completely through.

Just finished it myself and liked it. However, I will probably pass on the extra missions/bonus maps. Dialogue was hilarius, especially after the 'fire'.

Spoiler:

I was expecting the whole "game" just to be a tech demo in the lab facility. How it eventually went was a nice surprise. It would be AWESOME if they made it into a weapon in Episode 3. Screw the gravity gun, nothing can be better than spawning portas at people's feet and the receiving one somewhere nice and high:).

You never know - Aperture Science is in the Half-Life universe. In fact, the Borealis referenced in episode 2 (presumably you will go there in ep3) contains something made by Aperture! :D

Oh my, I was laughing so hard throughout the last mission. This game is an absolute blast and a refreshing change from cookie-cutter FPS games. Thinking FTW! I could just fall through portals infinitely it's that amazing...

The cake is a lie!

GLaDOS was absolutely hilarious at the end, and the credits song is priceless. This is one game I will definitely recommend.
