Portable Mobile Wifi Router

Ok, maybe I was dreaming, but I thought I remember Linksys having a router out a few months back in OfficeMax ads, etc... that is for people on the go, basically, it would find a Wifi hotspot on the WAN side, then provide firewall + NAT features to a Wifi LAN side, sort of like a wireless repeater with some bells and whistles. Does this product exist, make and model?

Yes, Linksys makes a similair product, although it's not a repeater:
Wireless-G Travel Router with SpeedBooster
I don't think it's capable of connecting to a wireless network, only creating a secure private network. You'd have to plug in the hotels internet cable.
