Portable HDD Enclosure?

Hello,

What's the best 3.5" Portable HDD Enclosure - USB 2.0/Firewire IEEE1394, for under $20? I have this Maxtor 200GB HDD from a desktop computer, so I wanna transfer some stuff off of it to a laptop. Thank you.

$20 is too low to get a "best" one. Go at least to $30.

Whatever you do, don't get the Vantec NexStar 2. It's a POS. Cheap plastic throughout, and the back panel (with all the connections) broke in about a week. It still works, but I'm replacing as soon as possible.
