So, I just now opened the portable gas grill my parents got me for Christmas. (finally nice enough to use it outside 😛). I open the box, and of course it's missing a piece....the lid 😱
It is a Grand Gourmet Portable Gas Grill, there is absolutely no contact info for the company anywhere on the box or instructions. The instructions are written poorly, with numerous typos and mis-spellings. My parents seem to think they purchased it at WalMart, and will have to hunt for the receipt.
Two questions:
1. Is there anything I can do? Go to WalMart and try to exchange it if they have another?
2. Will it work/be worth it to use w/o the lid? Everything else is here, just no lid 😛
Edit: After looking at the bottom of the box, it says "distributed by Wholesale Merchandisers Inc"...which I have traced down to be a supplier for Meijer, making me believe they bought it at Meijer, rather than WalMart
