Portable DVD Player With Wireless

Looking for one of those hand held DVD players with a screen, speakers and headphone out jack.
One that can also double as a DVD player hooked to a TV.
If it was wirelessly stream from a home network, it would be perfect.

Looking to have the granddaughter sit on the couch and watch Dora with the device and headphones. Then near bed time, I can hook it to the TV in the room she sleeps in and use it as a DVD player.

Anything like this exist?

The Wireless really limits it. Here's one that has Wireless internet access for streaming movies, etc.

The second one is out of reach. The first one would be great for an older child. She's 2.5 and would probably rip the swivel screen off.
