Port > Program Finder

Does anyone know of a program which will enable me to view which program is using which port. Preferably freeware.

The reason for this is I'm trying to get my FTP server working but it's stating that port 21 is already in use (XP-MCE 2005, intergrated SP2 - but doesn't have the IIS component installed) and stupid Zonelarm can't do Port assignments

TCPView works well. I've never tried Fport but I'm sure it's just as good.

netstat with the -o flag in Windows XP can give you the PID also but you have to manually look it up.
