Port Identification

Hey can anyone identify the port above the USB one?

My closest guess would be a miniature serial port as Dell says this model has one but I've never seen this miniturized one specification if this is the case.

It's a connector for the external d-bay device like an optical drive.

Guess Dell forgot to send me that. 🙁 Oddly they did send the optical drive itself.
