Port Forwarding without access to router ?

Hey Guys,
I just received the beta keys to Neverwinter MMO and want to download the client. If I try to use direct download then I will get this message :

Virus Download Blocked

Download of the virus has been blocked in accordance with company policy. Please contact your system administrator if you believe this is in error.

While if I try to download through torrent then my school's firewall would prevent it 😡.
I heard something about port forwarding to go through the firewall. Is it possible to do so if I dont have access to the router ?

No, it's not possible.

The only thing you could do is download it on a different computer and transfer it to yours via flash drive.

Also, it's not port forwarding that would help. Their network policy probably blocks exe files.
