Question Port forwarding ARRIS TR4400

To be brief, i'm trying to port forward my router, and though i've adjusted everything from the router firewall settings to my home computer firewall i still find no success. Is there a way to tell if my router is passing the information but my PC firewall is blocking it? I'm not terribly certain how to troubleshoot this.

Post a pic of your port forwarding rules, let us know what devices are in-between of and Arris (if any)

Troubleshooting step: put your PC in the dmz, if the post is still not accessible then your PC is probably still blocking it.

Try this first to confirm if the port is open:

And then check the firewall on the pc you're using to see if that is set up correctly to allow the incoming traffic.
