port 3064 on the dnet proxy

I ran nmap on my proxy and found port 3054 open, as well as 2064 but thats expected. I found 3064 in the ini listed as 'testport'. Can I safely comment the testport=3064 line out in my ini without haing an effect on my clents flushing as well as the proxy flushing?
 
Yeah, that port is exactly what it states, for testing purposes only. Any blocks going through that port are disregarded...
