Pornography on Upload Sites

I was visiting one of the common "free" upload pornography sites out there (e.i. pornhub) and wondered this. Could I be held liable if some jackass uploads a video of a teen under 18 and I watch it not knowing her age (even if she looks much older)?

I'm simply asking a legal question about something that MOST American males probably encounter every-time they view porn. The answer is yes. If you're looking at a video of an underage girl, even if you don't know it then you are in possession of child pornography. Doesn't matter if she looked 18 or 42. And if you are using a torrent to download it then you are also distributing.
