WHat do you consider a "problem" ?

If he just owns a lot of porn, nothing wrong with that. If this porn, watching it, and masturbating is detracting him from school / outings / etc. then intervention might be necessary.

Try to get him into a place where there are more people, or put the computer in a place with more distractions. If you're in a dorm type environment, try to keep people around.

So many wise people but only one useful suggestion (relocating PC) so far.

How about cutting supply channels: If it comes from the Internet, get a ISP with no Usenet feed. Get a "Nanny" software. Cancel credit cards to which online memberships at porno sites are charged. Downgrade cable/sattelite to basic. Shred DVDs and tape from videos... I guess I am getting too creative here 🙂
