There is an icon at the bottom left of every post which you can use to report problem posts. The red and white danger triangle.

Ya, but you have to wait 60 seconds between reports.

For deleting spam bots? You should have a checkbox next to each post, click, scroll to the end of the thread, delete as spam, check the options for delete all posts/threads by user and ban user... I've never had an issue with time limits for moderation on VB.
 
What I ended up having to code for one of my forums is a "raid removal tool". Our forum used to get raided by kids from YTMND, they'd post a couple thousand repeat spam posts. They'd probably spend like an hour non stop posting. What this tool would do is delete every single post by a certain user ID or certain IP. Use it a couple times and no matter how many times they posted, it would only take 1-2 passes to cleanup.

I have another forum that gets so much spam I was forced to shut off registrations. I can put all the captcha I want, they still come. :/ I wish this crap was illegal and enforced just as hard as mp3 downloads are. Spam is more harmful to the internet.

Yah, that's how I got rid of all the posts at once.
 
So do the improved moderation tools make up for the increased numbers of spammers that VB gets over Fusetalk?
