Pork Loin - Applewood Smoked - Need I say more?

I'm having 1Kg's worth prepared and cooked, then sent over to my house tomorrow. The meat is absolutely perfect, and tastes some DAMN GOOD!!!

It?s Danish pork too (if that means anything).

Honestly, there is no impurity in the meat what so ever. Well, if the serving I had last time was anything to go by.
