If you read the article, it isn't about American population control, it's about world wide population control. This fool actually proposed in a published text book, to force sterilization on people through forced surgeries, and spiking water/food supplies to make people infertile and have a global regime to control this.

What? I thought you were intelligent. I didn't know we lacked a health care system. I mean, the average life span of humans has increased dramatically in the 20th century thanks to Western Medicine ( American Medicine) and people from all over the world in countries with nationalized health care flock here to get better quicker treatment.

BAM. 25% of the 46 million sign up for medicare/medicaid/schip and another 10% buys into the private market, and the rest... well your life ticks away.
