I have now sacrificed my 3 home machines from Seti to PopularPower. I know I just got on Team Anandtech with Seti just a few weeks ago, but at least I dumped all my WU's to Anandtech and no on else. I will still run Seti at work I since it would be unethical to run PopularPower there since you can make money running PopularPower.
I have two machines running Win98SE (K62-350 and Cyrix 6x86MX-PR166) and one running Linux (P133). I just got them all setup and downloaded everything today and they are currently processing. Well, except this machine I am typing on at the moment since the screensaver is not on. I have not yet completed a WU yet but am waiting and hoping
Poppow just crashed on my Cyrix machine. I've been having some problems with it crashing with Seti GUI 2.70 in the last week. That machine bites anyways as it only has 32MB of RAM and is slow as can be. Moving the mouse around seems to make it swap.
Anyways, I know there are "factions" of people with RC5, Seti, OGR(?), and another 1-2 of them I can't think of offhand. How does one create a new "faction?" Can I just say I AM STARTING A POPULARPOWER SECTION OF TEAM ANANDTECH and that's it?
