I have a Flyvideo Lifeview 3000, and I use the Included Program (lifeview suite). It is pretty ok, but the capture sucks major ass, and D-Scaler Doesn't work with my card. Also it makes my monitor 60hz (ARGH)

So what program do you use???

Try Virtualdub. It's a opensource solution that has many options.

For the offical release check out: www.virtualdub.org

There is also a modified version for unattended capturing somewhere that let's you set timers and such. But it's not a PVR or anything, if that's what your looking for, just a good capture program.
