Ok, when I was ummmm, a student, we used to "liberate" certain toiletries and sanitary supplies from Food Service in order to augment our meager student incomes and still maintain a level of civility at the Apt. Anyone else feel a need to share PILFerer Stories... No GTA admissions without a statute of limitations check.....

Years ago, when I was stationed at Ft. Riley in Kansas some Lieutenant in our company decided that I could best serve my country by working in the supply room for a day because the regular Supply Sgt was on leave for a couple of days.

Now, it had been my intention to do some goofing off that day, probably a bit of drinking as well, since we were just back from a month in the desert and it was holiday season.

So instead of getting pissed I made a phone call to our Platoon Sgt. and before you know it the whole platoon was down in the supply room, filling out forms and getting supplies.

By mid-morning I had issued everything in that room that COULD be issued, so I locked the door and headed for the NCO club.

Well, that was the last time they stuck ME on supply room duty.
