Pops a dent or Ding King?

I used a Pops a dent on my old car. It made it look better, but not perfect.
I have never heard of ding king

I've heard they both work the same. Don't expect great results, but it should work on small dents. I heard that on Consumer Reports spots on XM radio.

I am pretty sure I heard that ding king is a POS product.. i think i remember reading it here, but it was a long time ago.

Go to a Profeessional if you care about your car, dont buy a kit.

Guy I know here here is a magician and it all comes down to the person doing it.

Can someone tell me what the glue gun is for that comes with these products??

to glue the suction cup thing to the dent to pull it out.

That glue is messy stuff, too. From my experience:

- If you try to get your dent out when it's colder out (e.g. 50 degrees or so) the glue doesn't hold properly.
- If you try to get your dent out when it's warmer out (e.g. 75 degrees) the glue holds too good and creates problems when you try to remove it.

Like the others have indicated, I'd look into a professional service. If the dent is just a small ding (e.g. parking lot ding) then you could try using a heavier piece of 1/4" rod that's bent a bit at the end to reach down in the panel to pop out the dent. Just ensure that you cover the metal end with a rounded rubber piece - and it should work better than the kits.
