you do realize that they can form in people with good hygiene. and sometimes are unnoticable untill they start causing pain or discomfort. which is why they can get pretty large

Yup I got a Pilonidal Cyst. Never noticed it until it was already large. Google it and you'd know why you wouldn't be able to tell that you have one until it's too late.

I don't get it. They must have hundreds of nasty videos on You Tube showing people popping blackheads and zits on their forehead, nose, inner ears, back, etc.. Why is this a popular subject?
