Whenever I make mp3 files from music CDs or divx w/mp3 audio from DVDs, I get these annoying popping sound throughout the song. Does anyone know what might be causing it?
I've already tried different bitrate and reinstalled sound card drivers and audio codec.
I have AMD 1600+, Soundblaster live platinum, Fraunhofer IIS mp3 codec installed.
