Woah! I had a sh!tload of problems screwing around, but after I got them sorted out, this thing flies!!
Well first my floppy failed on me, and I took an hour to fix that... then my cdrom decides to not work properly.. I eventually manage to get into Windows (only takes 10s to boot '95!) and I find out it's using msdos compatibility mode!! argh!
I manage to get on the net with standard modem drivers.. my hd isn't really detected, there are exclamation marks everywhere in system properties... it was a mess.
I went to viatech.com and downloaded a few things, and installed them... I rebooted.. and magically, my cdrom started working! and I had udma! woohoo! well, after screwing around a little I decided to install '98... Man, everything is so much more responsive!! holy CRAP..
Gotta love Quantum LM's... and I can't imagine how fast it would be using ata/66... oh man
