Popcorn Chicken at Wal Mart

Who's ever tried the popcorn chicken at Wal-Mart? Our local "Radio Grill" in the Wal Mart supercenter has the best. I love this stuff!

A lot of WalMarts have McDonalds in them. As for the Radio Grill, I had a burger at one once and was extremely disappointed.

Hmm...I like the Radio Grill. The hamburgers don't seem to be processed and thrown together as much as McDonald's are.

As for the Popcorn Chicken...eh, I think it's gross. It's either the popcorn chicken or their barbeque sauce. :disgust:

We only have McD's around here in the Wally Worlds... I've seen a radio grill before, but never stopped to smell the chicken. I have tried the chicken fingers from the Walmart Deli. Those are pretty tasty sometimes.

The chicken in the deli is usually pretty good. It's like $3.50/lb for chicken fingers, which is enough for 2-3 meals for me. I had buffalo chicken tenders from there once that were excellent, but i've not seen them since.

i have eaten that popcorn chicken before... tasted like popcorn chicken to me

the popcorn chicken there tastes faintly of rubber and plastic, on a good day
the chicken strips tho are good, the spicy ones are somewhat hot, not too bad for about 3.85/lb here

They sell the popcorn chicken at the deli here. I like it. The chicken strips used to be really good, but lately they've started using very dry smaller pieces of chicken and more breading so its like eating KFC Extra crispy jerky if there ever was a such thing. The popcorn chicken is lightly breaded and mostly meat, so thats what i get now.

I tried it and like it. Better than KFC.
