POP3 server software.

I'm looking for a bit of software that will run on a Win NT 4 server, to download mail (lots of it) from a POP3 box (acording to a predifined schedule), and then feed it into an SMTP server (running on the same machine). Does anyone know if one exists? I've found a few for linux, but non for a Win32 environment.
