POP3 Email Problem

Ok, we seem to be getting this same problem quite a bit. When trying to receive emails within Outlook our uses get an error. The only way we have been able to fix this problem is to access the users webmail account and delete the very first unread email they recieved. Once that has been deleted then Outlook is once again able to Send/Receive.

Any ideas???
 
I'm really not sure, I would have to ask our network admin. Do you have a link about the MSN problem???
