Pop-ups on the forums?

Just got a pop-up blocked from anandtech forums. On Chrome, checked the notification deal for info and all I got was -. Don't want to allow it to see what it is, too many weird things here lately. Well not "many" but the associate forum thing and Rubycon's account getting hacked are kind of scary.
