pop-up msgs over a network?

how can i pop up msgs on a home network on other computers on the network (tcp-ip protocol)? I need to be able to do this. Thanks!!

In Win98 click Start > Run Type in Winpopup

A window will popup, click on help, and do some reading.

i'm running win xp on both systems. i will try those 2 solutions thanks

win pop up is not in xp, i don't get the syntax of net send. how do u use it? thanks, much appreciated.
