"Pop-unders"

I've been using Pop-up Stopper (www.panicware.com) but recently, it's not working. I think the pop-ups that it's not catching are "pop-unders." So now I need a new program that disables ALL popup/popunders/whateverthehellyoucallthem. Any recommendations? Also, it has to be easily disabled. For example, Pop-up Stopper allowed me to double click on its icon on the taskbar to disable it quickly.

I have been using POW from AnalogX on a NT & W2K system

Works well, however, I have to identify the popup each time, then it nails it from there. I think it operates off of the Window title.
It would be great if there was a killer to stop the request from going out from Ie. I know the Opera may be able to stop it, however, somethings on a compay system at not allowed to be changed.

My Popup Stopper stops pop-unders. If yours dosen't then you could try KillAd.
