pop n lock

It'll take you a bit to learn, but I'd be happy to show you how. First of all, prepare yourself. This may sound stupid but to pop n lock, you really need to concentrate. Then, remember to do this first, pop. After you pop, switch to lock. With these combined you will pop n lock.

it's not something u can learn online ... just like u going onto the streets and asking how to play counterstrike without being at the computer. Watch videos and go to clubs and look at what they do and start practicing at home.

It's a form of "dancing" (and I use that term losely) that is similar to doing "the robot". That's kind of a really generic description, buy it gives you enough of an idea that you should steer clear of this thread because the Richard Simmons factor will go through the roof 😉
