POP e-mail with Verizon in LA Area...

It's really annoying...to use Pop/outlook, I need some sort of login information.

Sigh.

I'm afraid to ask my roomie (who has the account) for the login information, cuz she's a quasi-technophobe, and might think that it would allow me to send e-mails "as her". But I'm getting sick of using webmail.

Sigh.

Geez, sign up for one of those 9.99 a month ISP's or ...
Verizon in L.A. supports multiple logins/passwords per account. Your roomie could activate one for you. Technically you are still sending mail as her, but you have your own e-mail address and mailbox. In addition you would not be able to read her e-mail or send e-mail using her e-mail address.
