Jeeze, one message a minute since 1:20 this morning, apparently coming from an IP in Taiwan. Hmm. what to do? Looks like it's relayed through the .tw server by "ecis.com" which is host-216-78-28-16.tys.bellsouth.net, must be a DSL customer (IP seems to be the same as this morning).
It looks like bad spam, a marketing message in HTML that doesn't work in Outlook Express. Can I tell if it's being spoofed? I guess I should complain to bellsouth.net too, as if it'll help. 🙁
For now the server is silently discarding the email. I figured that if this was a poor mail bombing attempt and they knew I was disgarding (by giving them thier own personal error message) they'd just spoof a different IP and slip in. Blah.
Any one else delt with this (or dished it out)? Any good stories?
