Yeah, not many of us expose ourselves in our job to the world on a media broadcast. I am sure it feels like ****** to ****** up at your job when a significant portion of the world is watching on TV.

But, sports are kids games that make billions of dollars. So we have them. Confidence, arrogance, and he idea that nobody can impose their will on you is what wins.

Personally, I am emotional person so I can identify with the ****** Tmac is going through. A great player but being labeled as an underachiever. Same as Dirk Nowinski.

But, if they are crying after a game they went into it with the wrong mindset. Maybe that is their problem. Sports are the modern day analoge of war. There are winners and loosers. If you understand this then you are prepared for the consenquences. So it sounds to me that he was mentally unprepared for the battle.

At the professional level, confidence and the ability to invoke your will on your opposition wins. I did not see that in the Utah / Houston series.

interesting analysis. it makes me wonder if kobe would react similarly if he traded positions, and i doubt it because kobe has a more aggressive and seemingly confident personality. oh wells life goes on for him, at least he can go fishing on his yacht.
