Poor performance from recruiters.

I interviewed with this company Hewitt Associates in Houston, TX last semester. Through out that whole interview process, no emails or calls were answered. Communication only came from them, replying with a question didn't get any answers. Tried calling, but could not reach the person, always out of office. Calls were never returned. Well anyways, they emailed me (and 5-6) other people and told us to wait till next semester.

Now, again their behaviuor is the same. No email are answered or calls returned. What the hell are these people doing? Sure, I am desperate, but a lot of other people arent'. I won't be surprised, if they find out that everyone on their waiting list already took other jobs and they are left with nothing.

This is not just from me, but from everyone else who has interviewed with them.

Don't bother doing business with them.

They have already wasted MUCH of your time.
Time == money, so therfore they are wasting your money.

It's their job to pull together prospects and have them ready. They're doing that. The company, however, is probably not hiring. You're just making sure they keep their job.
