I wonder what this baby monkey will do now?

It will die.

If it happened in Berkeley or Boulder, the well-funded Monkey Rescue Foundation would take it in, nurse it, document it in both video and print, then release it into the wild with 500 people watching. "Goodbye monkey!" "Good luck monkey!" "Don't forget to write!"

In India, it will live about 36 hours and be washed into the gutter by the next rain storm.

Yes, it just show you that emotions and feeling a loss of a loved one is not inclusive of us humans. The "newer" video shows that at least the young monkey is not left all alone to fend for them self, an older monkey is by their side probably grieving too.

I had a house plant that withered badly when I went out of town for three weeks, even though my neighbor watered it regularly.

Poor ficus.
