Poor HD performance benchmark in Sandra

As you can see in my system rig i have a 60gb Deskstar 120gxp ata100 7200rpm, with i believe 2mb buffer. I did the benchmark with bypassing windows cache and only got around 21000, then i did it with windows cache and got 14519. Why is this soo low??? I compared it to the 80gb deskstar in sandra and they benched 29k.. I just fragmented the other day and didn't install anything new.... I have 41gbs free also...not like my hd is bloated with software. Latest Intel App Accelerator also
 
i'm comparing to a 2mb cache drive definitly.....i dunno what it could be. Maybe ata66 cable instead of ata100? or that doesn't matter?
