take poor americans, generally they did too little for their natural skill level at school, didnt bother with their career much, dont do much during the day and get let go by the boss either when he has to fire one person, or when an underperforming factory in closed and this person and his buddies are let go enmasse.

in terms of job migration, its actually good for the economy, and winners will get new employment without that much difficulty, even if they need to reskill, just like everyone else when they change careers or industries.

I'd agree with it some. Americans are more lazyier than other cultures. Atleast now we are, we complain alot about how we don't have free time.
